The conversation is quite common right? I am sure you have encountered people saying that million dollar phrase after they made a statement – ‘no offence’.
Person A felt that he need to say that coz he knew deep down in his heart that his statement has actually offended person B. Then why bother saying it?I guess it prevents person A from being punched… coz it leaves absolutely no room for person B to react. What else can B say?
